A little background on who we are
Four Season's Land Surveying is a small firm based in Hudson, Wisconsin. With over 30 years of experience surveying land in the area, we work with homeowners, builders, real estate agents, attorneys, and title companies throughout Western Wisconsin.
Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients. When you call, you'll talk directly to a surveyor who can answer your questions—not a receptionist or sales team. We like to understand what you're trying to accomplish before we quote a price, because sometimes the survey someone thinks they need isn't actually what will solve their problem.
We try to keep things simple. You call, we talk through your project, and we give you a price. If you want to move forward, we schedule the fieldwork and get it done. Afterward, you get a survey document you can use for your closing, your permit, or your peace of mind.
We don't charge by the hour or nickel-and-dime you for extras. The quote we give is the price you pay, unless something unexpected comes up in the field—in which case we'll call you before doing additional work.
We use GPS receivers for control and robotic total stations for detail work. Data goes into CAD software for drafting. Using reliable tools that let us work accurately and efficiently.
Survey work doesn't allow for "close enough." Property lines are where they are, and our job is to find them accurately. We take the time to research thoroughly and measure carefully.
If you don't need a survey, we'll say so. If a project is going to cost more than you expected, we'd rather lose the job than surprise you with a bill. We quote based on actual scope, not optimistic estimates.
We answer our phone. If you have questions after the survey, call us. We're not going to charge you for a five-minute conversation about where we set a pin.
